Indoor exercise

Exercise affects all of us from head to toe. We can see the effects in how good we feel physically, mentally and socially. In addition to the programmes below, groups are able to book the multifunctional hall for floorball or badminton.

Put on a sumo suit and wrestle like a samurai or find your inner strengths in yoga. You can also try a group excercise and have fun in Team competition.

Sumo wrestling

We put on sumo suits and wrestle. In the real Marttinen sumo suits, you put on dozens of kilos in a moment and find your inner samurai. Hajime!

Team competition

We try to take over bunkers, defend ourselves against attackers or try to calm a riot using sticky balls that stick to clothes as our ammunition. We build the defences ourselves out of soft shapes. Tactics are more important than accuracy of aim.
